  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
  • Beat dry cake mix, Cool Whip and egg in large bowl with mixer until blended. (Batter will be stiff.) Stir in chocolate and nuts.
  • Spread onto bottom of prepared pan.
  • Bake 23 to 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool completely. Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into bars.
