  • Cook bacon in large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 8 min. or until crisp. Using a slotted spoon, transfer bacon to paper towels.
  • Add onions to bacon fat in skillet; cook 10 to 12 min. or until onions start to brown, stirring occasionally. Add corn, stirring until heated through, about 3 min. Add dressing and red pepper flakes; stir until combined.
  • Transfer to large serving bowl. Top with chives and bacon. Serve warm or cold.

Special Extra

For added heat add 1 finely chopped jalapeño pepper to the corn kernel mixture.
