  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar and baking powder.
  • Whisk eggs and cream cheese product in large bowl until blended. Stir in buttermilk and oil. Add flour mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.) Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Spoon into 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
  • Bake 18 to 20 min. or until golden brown. Cool in pan 3 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool slightly.

Keep leftover muffins fresh for another meal by freezing them. Place the cooled muffins in a resealable freezer-weight plastic bag. Freeze up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature; then reheat just before serving.
