  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Whisk egg and dressing in large bowl until blended. Add crabmeat; mix lightly. Add bread crumbs, onions and pepper; mix well.
  • Shape into 8 patties, using about 3 Tbsp. crab mixture for each patty. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 10 min. on each side or until heated through and golden brown. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise and garlic until blended.
  • Serve crab cakes with mayonnaise mixture.

Variation

For less heat, omit the cayenne pepper.

Instead of baking the crabmeat patties, cook them, in batches if necessary, in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 to 6 min. on each side or until heated through and golden brown on both sides.

Variation

Prepare using Kraft Calorie-Wise Rancher's Choice Dressing and Kraft Mayo Calorie-Wise Mayonnaise Type Dressing.
