Chop 120 g imitation crabmeat; use instead of the flaked, drained canned crabmeat.
Prepare crabmeat mixture, slice cucumber and quarter tomatoes; refrigerate (in separate airtight containers) up to 2 hours. Top cucumber slices with crabmeat mixture and tomatoes just before serving.
For added flavour and crunch, garnish with toasted sliced almonds before serving.
