    Great dish, for alittle extra flavour, tried adding chili powder. Was a nice addition to a great recipe.

    Surprisingly delicious! Very quick and easy to make too. Can't beat that! My husband and son had theirs in a wrap while I ate mine straight from the plate. It was great either way.

    Excellent and SO easy! I used frozen chicken breasts - fried in a covered pan for 8 minutes and 5 minutes on the other side. When done, I dumped the water that came off the breasts and browned the chicken along with the peppers to make them softer then followed the rest of the recipe as stated. I used 1C corn and 1C peas (my daughter loves them) and the whole dish was so colourful! I will definitely make this again and again!
