  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Mix egg, Miracle Whip and bananas in separate bowl until blended. Add to flour mixture; stir just until blended. Stir in cranberries.
  • Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool bread in pan 10 min. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.

Special Extra

Stir 3/4 cup Baker’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips into batter before pouring into prepared pan and baking as directed.

Note

This bread is equally delicious whether prepared with fresh or thawed frozen cranberries.
