  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl. Whisk egg, milk, oil and molasses in medium bowl until blended. Stir in sugar. Add to flour mixture; stir just until blended. Stir in cranberries.
  • Spoon into 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 20 min. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean. Cool muffins in pan 5 min. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.


Substitute 1/2 cup dried cranberries for the 1 cup frozen cranberries.
