  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Combine flour and baking soda. Beat butter, sugars and dry pudding mix in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in chocolate chips, cranberries and nuts.
  • Drop tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
  • Bake 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets 3 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  • Dip half of each cookie in melted chocolate; place on parchment-covered baking sheets. Let stand until chocolate is firm.
