  • COMBINE dry ingredients. Add egg, oil, and 1/3 cup (75mL) orange juice. Stir just until all ingredients are moist. Do not over mix. Immediately fold in cranberries, nuts, raisins, chopped orange and rind from orange.
  • PLACE into 4 well-greased and floured 5x3x2" (13x8x5cm) loaf pans.
  • BAKE at 350°F (180°C) for 30 to 40 minutes or until done. Let stand 5 minutes, remove from pans and cool.

TIP

These loaves may be frozen.
