  • MIX stuffing mix with butter, hot water, whole berry cranberry sauce and orange rind; let stand 5 minutes to soften.
  • DIVIDE stuffing among turkey scallopini, spreading over surface. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
  • HEAT oil in frypan over medium-high heat; brown rolls on all sides. Reduce heat, cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until turkey is cooked. Remove rolls and toothpicks.
  • MIX cranberry sauce, orange juice and cornstarch until smooth; bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened.
  • SLICE rolls; drizzle sauce on top.

    My family loves turkey,dressing and cranberries but when it's all rolled into one it was delicious

    Terrific, really yummy. I made mine with chicken breasts, they're smaller but still worked after I pounded them flat first. My 4 year old keeps asking to have them again.

    Very tasty. VERY popular. A little difficult for a relative beginner, though, but if you don't mind it not looking overly pretty, go for it! I did, and were they ever good!!
