Bake and refrigerate flan as directed. Run knife around edge of flan. Invert onto plate; shake gently to loosen. Gently twist to remove pan. To soften any remaining caramel in pan, dip bottom of pan in hot water; spoon caramel over flan.
Melt 2 oz. (1/4 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate as directed on package; cool. Prepare recipe as directed, adding melted chocolate and 1 Tbsp. orange zest to cream cheese batter before pouring into prepared pan and baking as directed.
Serve topped with 1 cup mixed fresh berries, such as raspberries and blueberries.
