I substituted canned kernal corn instead of frozen and had absolutely raves from at least two guests that are both excellent cooks.
Soo yummy, something differnt!! My family enjoyed it.
Tastes exactly like creamed corn should. You have to be VERY careful though, it will burn very easily and quickly.
