  • Cook prosciutto in large saucepan on medium heat 2 to 3 min. or until crisp, stirring frequently. Remove prosciutto from pan; set aside.
  • Melt butter in same saucepan. Add asparagus and shallots; cook 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Stir in broth; simmer on medium-low heat 7 to 10 min. or until vegetables are softened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  • Blend broth mixture, in small batches, in blender until smooth. Return each puréed batch to saucepan. Add pasta sauce; mix well. Cook on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Serve topped with prosciutto.

Special Extra

Top each serving with a few croutons.
