  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, cook and stir bacon in large skillet on medium heat 10 min. or until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Discard all but 1 Tbsp. drippings from skillet.
  • Mix cream cheese and milk until blended. Add onions to drippings in skillet; cook and stir 5 min. or until softened. Add cream cheese mixture and peas; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until heated through.
  • Drain pasta, reserving 1/3 cup cooking water. Gradually stir enough of the cooking water into sauce until of desired consistency. Add pasta and bacon; mix lightly.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Calorie-Wise Dressing.

Substitute 1 cup chopped smoked ham for the bacon.

This was the first recipe to try using Philly Cooking Creme, and although VERY tasty, found there were too many peas and not enough pasta. I would suggest using more pasta and cutting the amount of peas to 1 cup.
