  • Heat panini grill.
  • Mix cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl until blended. Stir in bananas and chocolate; spread onto 4 bread slices. Cover with remaining bread slices.
  • Brush both sides of sandwiches with butter.
  • Grill 2 min. or until golden brown. Cut in half.

Creamy Pineapple Dessert Panini

Prepare recipe as directed, omitting chocolate and substituting 1/2 cup well-drained canned crushed pineapple for the bananas.

If You Don't Have a Panini Grill

Heat large skillet on medium heat. Add sandwiches, in batches if necessary; cook 2 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides, gently pressing down tops of sandwiches with spatula to flatten slightly as they cook.


You will need to use about half of an 8-inch round bread loaf to get the amount of bread needed to prepare these delicious dessert sandwiches.
