  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Add broccoli and carrots to large saucepan of boiling water; cook 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water.
  • Cook and stir cream cheese product, milk, onions and garlic in same saucepan on medium-low heat 2 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Gradually add reserved cooking water until sauce is of desired consistency. Add cooked vegetables; stir until evenly coated.
  • Spoon vegetable mixture into 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheddar and bacon. Cover.
  • Bake 25 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 5 min.

Substitute

Substitute cauliflower florets for the broccoli.

How to Double Recipe

To double recipe, prepare as directed doubling all ingredients, and substituting a 13x9-inch baking dish for the casserole dish.

Special Extra

Garnish with 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley before serving.
