Super easy to make and chicken was really moist. I used fresh broccoli in place of frozen which was still good, but I would probably cut back on the broccoli by about half or maybe even cut it out completely. The taste of the broccoli overpowered the taste of the stuffing and I had quite a bit of stuffing mix left over, but I will definatly make this again for sure :)
