  • Stir boiling water into jelly powder in medium bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in ice cream with wire whisk until well blended.
  • Pour into 6 dessert bowls. Refrigerate 30 min. or until set.
  • Top each serving with 1 Tbsp. whipped topping just before serving.

Substitute

Substitute 2 cups frozen yogurt or sorbet for ice cream.

Variation

You can use other flavours of Jell-O Jelly Powder, such as Berry Blue, Orange, Lemon or Lime, to create a colourful medley of cups.

    I made it with cherry jell-o and whipped topping made with milk. i just don't like cool whip.
