Tasty, loved it, i mashed it with a masher and it was easier than the time i whipped it!

I enjoy it. It tasted like mash potatoes and baby food. But in all I enjoyed it.
I boiled it with a garlic bouillon and used a little caesar dressing and added some low fat milk along with the cream cheese. Apart from the texture being weird, it could've easily been mashed potatoes.
I have to hide vegtables in a lot of the things that I make, because my husband 'doesn't like different vegtables'. He says that he doesn't like cauliflower and 'doesn't eat it'. I make these for him, and he thinks that he's eating mashed potatoes, and what he doesn't know won't hurt him.

LOL I remember the first time I ate this I thought to m,yself "it looks like mashed potatoes...but something seems... different..." When I found out it was cauliflower I couldn't believe it! It's sooo tasty, and it's great if you're watching your carbs.
I just loved it and my husband still doesnt know he ate cauliflower. Great to make kids eat their veggies.

A new favourite, I didn't have any dill so i threw in some garlic and a crushed boullion cube, wow.....can't wait to experiment with this recipe!!
Have been looking for a recipe like this since I had it at a restaurant last summer. Delicious. I added pepper, garlic & onion powder, a few tbsp yogurt as no one likes the taste of dill. My husband and son had seconds. Good heated the next day. As I am a diabetic, this was a change from eating plain cauliflower. Please keep the diabetic recipes coming. I've tried quite a few. Most are excellent. Thanks.

It is very easy to make. When finished I tasted the Creamy Cauliflower and ate the whole thing like a dessert. Had to go out and buy another for supper that evening. Thank You
This was incredible! The texture was really neat and different. When I took it out of the processor i put a layer of shredded cheese throughout the middle in the casserole dish. I also sprinkled a bit on top. I made this in advance and reheated easily. Tastes like alot of work, but incredibly easy.
I liked the taste of the cauliflower but with the parmesan cheese sprinkled on top it was almost too dry to eat. I think if I made it again I would mix it in with the rest of the ingredients. It was just a strange texture.
