Prepare as directed, substituting uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp for the cut-up chicken, and reducing the cooking time to 2 to 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink.
Prepare using cherry tomatoes.

I used rotini instead and found that it was very saucy. I would probably add more pasta and chicken. It would easily make 5-6 servings...lots for leftovers!
Thought it was very good & flavorful. Be careful not to overcook the tomatoes and let the sauce sit to thicken...I find with all the cooking sauce recipes, I can add an extra serving of noodles to make it stretch a bit further, as there is always lots of sauce!
