Very good! I used the Garlic Cooking Cream instead of the Philly. They say serve immediately and I have to agree, it thickens pretty quickly. I assume that milk or cream would help as well.
Three out of four liked it, with the anti-cheese kid being the other one. As per the suggestions, I added onions. Sweet red pepper strips would go nicely, too. Good, quick meal.
