  • Cook potatoes in large saucepan of boiling water 15 to 20 min. or until tender; drain. Return to pan.
  • Add remaining ingredients; mash until potatoes are of desired consistency.

Make Ahead

Prepare recipe as directed; spoon into 1-L casserole dish. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, bake, uncovered, in 350ºF oven 20 to 30 min. or until heated through.

Special Extra

For added flavour and colour, stir 1/4 cup bacon bits into mashed potatoes before serving.
