  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Place one sheet phyllo dough on large cutting board. Spray with cooking spray. Top with another sheet and spray. Repeat layers, lightly pressing together. Cut into twelve 4-inch squares. Place in 12 medium muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray, pressing in to line cups.
  • Bake 8 to10 min. until lightly browned. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.
  • Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in medium bowl. Spoon evenly into cooled shells.
*Made with a blend of oils including olive, canola, and soybean oil.
