For a fully meatless soup, prepare using vegetable broth.
If you have an immersion blender, you can use that to blend the soup right in the saucepan.
Serve topped with naan croutons. Just cut 1 naan into 1/2-inch pieces; spread onto baking sheet. Bake in 400ºF oven 10 min. or until crisp. Sprinkle over individual servings of soup.
