You don't need avocados to make this smooth and creamy dip. Cream cheese is blended with edamame, lime juice, garlic and cilantro to make this flavourful cold dip.

  • Add edamame to pan of boiling water; return to simmer. Cook 5 min. or until edamame are tender; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain well.
  • Place edamame in food processor. Add remaining ingredients. Use pulsing action to process until smooth.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with corn chips and/or your favourite fresh vegetable dippers, such as carrot sticks, radishes and blanched asparagus spears.

Make Ahead

This flavourful dip can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 6 hours before serving.
