This was DISGUSTING. My Husband and I looked at each other after eating a bit, and both had looks of disgust on our faces! This is the first dinner from this site that I actually hated so much I couldn't even eat more than two bites. It tastes like PINE! lol I made it exactly the way they said too. Just...ugh.
Very good and very easy to make. I kept the lid on the chicken when cooking to get enough liquid before adding the vegetables; had enough liquid to pour over the rice. Excellent.
Good quick and easy did add ginger, dif make it again.
