  • Pour 1/4 cup of the dressing over shrimp in shallow glass dish; stir gently to evenly coat shrimp. Cover; refrigerate 30 min. to marinate. Meanwhile, soak 4 wooden skewers in water.
  • Preheat barbecue to medium heat. Remove shrimp from marinade; discard marinade. Thread shrimp onto skewers. GRILL 5 min. or until shrimp turn pink.
  • Toss salad with the remaining 1/2 cup dressing; divide evenly among 4 salad plates. Top with the shrimp; sprinkle with croutons.

Jazz It Up

Add Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese, chopped fresh parsley, chopped fresh chives, chopped peeled avocado and/or cucumber slices to the salad before tossing with the dressing. Top with shrimp as directed. Serve with seasoned pita crisps instead of topping with the croutons.

Really good, marinated the shrimp in minced garlic instead and brushed it with melted butter while on the bbq.

Marinating the shrimps did not really change the taste. If I do it again, I will use garlic butter to give the shrimps more taste.
