Serve with Wheat Thins Crackers and assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
Heat small nonstick skillet on medium heat. For 1 tsp. ground seed, add 2 Tbsp. cumin seed to skillet; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until seed is darkened and aromatic. Cool. Grind seed in a spice or coffee grinder. Or, place in resealable bag and crush with rolling pin. Store in airtight jar or container at room temperature until ready to use.
This dip is great served with Indian Tandoori BBQ Chicken.
