  • Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain, reserving 1/3 cup cooking water. Place pasta in large bowl; cool slightly.
  • Meanwhile, mix cream cheese product, lemon zest, lemon juice and reserved cooking water until blended.
  • Add cream cheese mixture and remaining ingredients to pasta; mix lightly.

Special Extra

For a change of pace, add 1/3 cup Classico Basil Pesto di Genova to the cream cheese mixture before adding to the drained cooked pasta.


Substitute baby arugula for the spinach.


Prepare using your favourite flavour of Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product, such as Herb & Garlic or Garden Vegetable.
