  • Cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add yellow onions and thyme; cook 5 min. or until onions are softened, stirring frequently. Add mushrooms and remaining oil; stir. Cook 8 to 10 min. or until mushrooms are tender, stirring frequently.
  • Add wine to mushroom mixture; cook and stir 1 min. to scrape browned bits from bottom of skillet. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and green onions; mix well. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream.
  • Drain noodles; place in large bowl. Add mushroom mixture; mix lightly.

Substitute

Substitute vegetable broth for the wine.
