  • Sprinkle gelatine over 1/4 cup milk in small bowl.
  • Bring remaining milk just to boil in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add 1/3 cup sugar; simmer on medium-low heat 1 min. or until sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add gelatine mixture; stir 2 min. or until gelatine is completely dissolved.
  • Beat cream cheese and yogurt in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Gradually add gelatine mixture, mixing well after each addition.
  • Pour into 8 (125 mL) ramekins.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  • Combine strawberries and remaining sugar; spoon over desserts.

Variation

Prepare this easy-to-make recipe in a 9-inch pie plate instead of the ramekins.

Substitute

Substitute 1 cup of your favourite fresh fruit for the strawberries.
