  • Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and onions; cook 5 min. or until softened, stirring occasionally. Stir in garlic and sage; cook and stir 1 min. Add cream cheese product and broth; cook on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring constantly. Stir in Parmesan.
  • Drain pasta mixture; place in large bowl. Top with mushroom sauce.


If you like a thinner sauce, reserve some of the pasta cooking water when draining the cooked pasta. Cook mushroom sauce as directed. Gradually stir in enough of the reserved cooking water until sauce is of desired consistency.

Special Extra

Garnish with additional whole fresh sage leaves before serving.

Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing.
