  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (170ºF). Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.
  • Add broth to skillet; cook on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until hot. Add cream cheese product and curry paste; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended and slightly thickened.
  • Pour sauce over chicken.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot cooked rice noodles and steamed carrots and snow peas.
