  • Bake meatballs as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions; cook and stir 4 min. or until softened, stirring frequently. Add pasta sauce and water, stir. Cook on medium-low heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Add cream cheese; cook 2 to 3 min. or until completely melted, stirring constantly.
  • Add meatballs and pepper to pasta sauce mixture; stir to evenly coat meatballs with pasta sauce mixture.
  • Top with parsley and sour cream.
