My family enjoyed this recipe. I added some crushed red chili flakes to give it a bit more of a kick. Will make again!
Very Easy to make and quick...especially if you cook the pasta up ahead of time. Well liked by both husband and kids...You can use reduced fat cream cheese any variety you like...reduced sodium chicken stock or broth , Add your own dill or other herbs and hot peppers if you like . I also added cut up variety of veggies (like sweet peppers and celery) pre-cooked in Micro and added at the end...
