  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 30 sec. to 1 min. or until fragrant. Add fish; cook 2 to 3 min. or until lightened in colour, stirring occasionally. Stir in onions. Transfer to bowl; cover to keep warm.
  • Add broth and milk to skillet; whisk in cream cheese product until well blended. Cook and stir on medium heat 1 min. or until slightly thickened. (Do not let sauce come to boil.)
  • Drain pasta. Add to sauce along with the fish; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork and pasta is evenly coated with sauce.

Special Extra

Serve with lemon wedges for a hint of citrus flavour.
