  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in small skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 3 to 5 min. or until softened, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Cook pasta sauce and clam juice in large saucepan on medium heat 2 to 4 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Add onions, shrimp and scallops; stir until evenly coated with sauce. Cook 2 to 4 min. or until shrimp turn pink and scallops are opaque, stirring occasionally; stir in parsley.
  • Drain pasta. Serve topped with pasta sauce mixture.
