I truly love this recipe. I did change a few things on it though. I used the virgin olive oil with greek feta and a full tub of Philadelphia garlic cooking cream. I didn't have any parmesan cheese on hand..so I used grated mozzarella instead. Combined with two toes of garlic for some it would be too garlicky, but all in all tasty :)
I found it a little bland.
