  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink, adding garlic for the last minute. Remove shrimp with slotted spoon; set aside.
  • Add cream cheese product and broth to skillet; cook 5 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring frequently. Stir in shrimp and 3 Tbsp. Parmesan.
  • Drain pasta. Add to skillet; toss to coat. Transfer to platter; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and parsley.


Prepare using Kraft Calorie-Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing and Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a mixed green salad and your favourite fresh fruit to round out the meal!

    I truly love this recipe. I did change a few things on it though. I used the virgin olive oil with greek feta and a full tub of Philadelphia garlic cooking cream. I didn't have any parmesan cheese on I used grated mozzarella instead. Combined with two toes of garlic for some it would be too garlicky, but all in all tasty :)
