  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, combine cream cheese product, milk, vinegar and crushed pepper until blended. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add 3 cups tomatoes; cook 3 min. or until softened, stirring occasionally and adding garlic for the last minute. Add shrimp; cook and stir 2 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Add cream cheese mixture; cook and stir on medium heat 3 min. or until heated through.
  • Drain pasta; reserving 1/4 cup cooking water. Place pasta in large bowl. Add shrimp mixture, parsley, Parmesan, remaining tomatoes and just enough of the reserved cooking water until sauce is of desired consistency; mix lightly.


Prepare using linguine, spaghetti or capellini. Or, reduce garlic to 2 cloves and parsley to 2 Tbsp., and prepare using Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product.


Substitute 1 tsp. zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon for the balsamic vinegar.
