Assemble casserole as directed but do not prepare stuffing; refrigerate up to 4 hours. When ready to serve, prepare stuffing as directed on package; spoon over casserole. Cover and bake 55 min. or until turkey mixture is heated through and topping is crisp, uncovering after 35 min.
Substitute 25%-less-sodium chicken broth for the Turkey Stock; and/or roasted chicken for the turkey.
This is a great recipe to make if you have leftover roasted turkey or chicken. Or you can instead prepare using 3 cups chopped cooked chicken from a purchased rotisserie chicken.

I made this dish twice. Once with the spaghetti & once without.
My family preferred the dish without the spaghetti. I used more cooked turkey to make up the volume.
