  • Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Combine barbecue sauce, ginger and seasonings. Mix meat, yellow onions and half the barbecue sauce mixture just until blended. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  • Grill 7 to 9 min. on each side or until done (160ºF), brushing with remaining barbecue sauce mixture for the last 2 min. Grill bread 1 to 2 min. or until lightly browned. Meanwhile, mix yogurt and dressing until blended.
  • Top bread with burgers, yogurt mixture and remaining ingredients.


Prepare using Bull’s-Eye Guinness Draught Beer Blend Barbecue Sauce.


Substitute fresh cilantro for the mint.
