being a sous chef this dish is good with a side dish of fish or pork chops with pineapple would be great. Also a bottle of blush wine
My husband and I really enjoyed this dish. Would definitely make again. I didn't have mozza so I substituted sharp cheddar and it still turned out fantastic. I think it would be best however with the Kraft shredded Swiss/Gratin cheese. Also I added a bit of leftover creamy garlic cooking creme along with the herb creme so it was more saucy, and we were impressed. Very quick and easy to make too.
