  • Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and onions; cook 5 min. or just until chicken done, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
  • Add rice, beans, corn, soup and water; mix well.
  • Spoon into shallow 3-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with thyme.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

Substitute

Prepare using low fat condensed cream of mushroom soup.
