Substitute 1-1/2 to 2 cups pasta sauce for the broth and cream cheese.
Prepare recipe using your favourite fresh veggies, such as onions, peppers and/or tomatoes, instead of the zucchini and/or mushrooms. Or for a peppery twist, substitute arugula for the spinach.
