  • Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Mix 2 Tbsp. oil and 1/2 tsp. garlic until blended; brush evenly onto corn, onions, chicken and chorizo. Grill 10 min. or until vegetables are tender, turning frequently. Remove vegetables from barbecue; set aside. Grill meat additional 6 min. or until done (165ºF for chicken and 160ºF for chorizo), turning chicken after 8 min. and turning chorizo occasionally. Transfer to cutting board.
  • Cut corn from cobs; chop onions, chicken and chorizo.
  • Heat remaining oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add remaining garlic; cook and stir 1 min. Add dry seasonings; cook and stir 2 min. Add tomato juice, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, potatoes, cooked meat and cooked vegetables; mix well. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in cream.


Substitute cooked long-grain white rice for the cubed cooked potatoes.
