Store leftover coating mix in tightly covered container at room temperature. Use to coat your favourite cut-up fresh vegetables. Just coat vegetable pieces with beaten egg, then remaining coating mix. Place on foil-covered baking sheet. Bake in 400º F oven 20 min. or until golden brown.
If you don't have a 16x12-inch disposable foil pan, you can grill the chicken in 2 (13x9-inch) disposable foil pans instead.
