  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Cover baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.
  • Combine coating mix and oregano in shaker bag. Dip chicken, 1 breast at a time, in lemon juice, turning to evenly coat both sides of breast. Gently shake off excess juice, then add chicken to shaker bag; shake to evenly coat chicken. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 20 min. or until chicken is done (170ºF).

Special Extra

For extra zip, sprinkle coated chicken lightly with garlic powder before baking as directed.

    My family loved it. I wouldn"t recomend using tin foil, because of the acid in the lemon juice, I used parchment paper works fine.
