  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Combine first 4 ingredients in large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken, a few pieces at a time, to flour mixture. Close bag; shake to evenly coat chicken pieces with flour mixture.
  • Spray rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Whisk egg and milk in shallow dish until blended. Place cracker crumbs in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken, 1 piece at a time, into egg mixture, then into cracker crumbs, turning to evenly coat each piece with each ingredient. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 12 to 15 min. or until chicken is done. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, mustard and honey until blended.
  • Serve chicken with mayonnaise mixture.

Serving Suggestion

Serve these crisp chicken nuggets with other finger foods, such as sliced fruit and cut-up fresh vegetables.


To serve the mayonnaise mixture warm, microwave it in a microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec. or until heated through, stirring after 15 sec.
