  • TRIM crusts from bread slices.
  • FLATTEN with rolling pin to 1/4 inch (.5 cm) thickness.
  • BRUSH one side of bread with oil.
  • PRESS whole slice of bread, butter side out, lightly into muffin cups.
  • BAKE at 350° F (180° C) for 15 minutes or until golden.
  • MIX remaining ingredients and spoon evenly among muffin cups.
  • RETURN to oven to heat until warm.

    This receipe was ok. Didnt really like the parmasean cheese. Next time will add grated mozza and cheeder cheese instead. Also added some purple onion that was super yummy also.
