  • Add chicken, in batches, to coating mix in shaker bag; close bag and shake gently to evenly coat chicken. Spread onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Repeat with remaining chicken. Discard bag and any remaining coating mix.
  • Bake 15 min. or until chicken is done. Meanwhile, combine spinach and peppers in serving bowl.
  • Add dressing to salad; mix lightly. Serve with chicken.
